Sailing and Navigating on the Belgian Coast

#samenophetwater

Would you like to find your way at sea and return safely to port?
Want to know what the sea chart tells us?
Wondering how to get our bearings on the water?
And what influence the currents and tides have on navigation?

How valuable are the electronic navigation instruments on a modern sailing yacht?
What if the power goes out? Or the satellites fail?
… can we then fall back on the compass, binoculars, log, depth gauge, sextant, logbook, … to still reach port safely?

Do these questions appeal to you? Then come along for a full day of exploration and discovery with Kurt and Anita on the comfortable Hallberg Rassy 43 i dolci.

The mooring lines are cast off at the VYN yacht harbor (Nieuwpoort) and there we set foot ashore again in the evening.

Cost: €390 (instead of €780) for a group of up to 4 people.
Individual registrations: €100 per person (minimum 3 registrations required)
Dates : Sunday, May 11 or Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each time.
